Advanced Data Visualization with Power BI

For my capstone course final project in graduate school, developed a model using Random Forest to predict the severity of U.S. car accidents, aimed at enhancing public safety outreach in the United States.

 This report leverages Market Basket Analysis to optimize product recommendations and cross-selling strategies, and enhancing decision-making through manual intervention and AI-assisted data analysis.

Leveraged data-driven decision-making to revamp the loyalty program, resulting in enhanced customer retention. 

Conducted comprehensive research using a questionnaire to gather and analyze customer psychographics and demographics, leading to improved marketing segmentation and enhanced return on ad spend (ROAS). 

For a graduate data mining course project, revamped university course offerings by analyzing historical data and conducting frequent pattern mining to introduce new concentrations.
